Development of a customized plan of care that assures the safety and quality of life for your loved one. Hands-on contact to assure all needs are met. Support and guidance, monitoring and coordination of all services for your loved one, including supervising caregivers. Clear communication to assure you that your loved on receives the best care. All care managers are degreed professionals and leaders in eldercare in the San Diego area. - Caregiving
Personal care, safety, medication monitoring, transportation, meals and social activities. Bonded, trained and supervised by the care managers. In communication with care managers and staff. - Placement (no fee)
Recommendations based on assessment intake information, medical, financial, physical, personality and psychosocial needs. - Peace of Mind Program
