Laurence (Larry) Segall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Gerontologist and Certified Geriatric Care Manager with over 10 years of experience in elder care. He provides elder care counseling to local/civic organizations, Connecticut's businesses/companies, and national corporations. Laurence is established in the role of geriatric care consultant for EAP programs, HMO's, PPO's and service care networks.
Enhancement of autonomy and quality of life for older adults are the tenets of CT Elder Care Choices mission.

- Facilitate consultations for general assistance with long-term planning, placement, information and referrals.
- Initiate, implement and monitor relevant home health care/companions and homemaker services.
- Provide long distance geriatric care management, counseling, and consulting services to out of state relatives.
