Our Mission is to provide advice and assistance to those involved in transitions arising from the aging process. We strive to provide private and personalized services to meet all of your care management needs, serving both the family and the client.
Jeannine Clark is a trained medical social worker and a certified care manager with over ten years of experience. With both private individual patients and long-term care facility clients, Ms. Clark brings a wide spectrum of skills and experience to the process of solving the many different problems encountered by both the aged and the family.
Ms. Clark also writes a bi-monthly column for the "Half Moon Bay Review" newspaper on topics relating to aging and transitions associated with aging.
