Senior Care Consultants is a comprehensive service which offers older people and their families help in dealing with the physical, emotional and legal problems associated with aging.
Because Senior Care Consultants is both private and highly professional, it is possible to devote the time and attention needed to develop a unique care plan for each individual and to manage its implementation. Senior Care Consultants emphasizes the importance of in-depth evaluation, thorough investigation of community resources and complete assessment of care options. The needs and wishes of the older person are always our prime concern.

- We will assist in obtaining, managing and monitoring housekeeping and home health care.
- We will assist in finding appropriate alternative living arrangements.
- We will assist in preparation of the Patient Review Instrument (PRI) and Screen for nursing home placement.
- We will schedule regular supportive and/or supervisory visits to the elderly in their home or facility on a short or long term basis as requested by the elderly person and/or his family.
- We will provide counseling for dealing with the sensitive problems and concerns of the elderly and their families.
- We will provide long distance services to out-of-state relatives through senior care networking.
